RareAngels offers free help to individuals and families facing hardship, starting with rare disease, in Arizona and beyond.

How to apply
- Fill out a short application. It takes a few minutes. You can apply for yourself, your child or someone you care for.
- We review every application. A real person reads each one.
- We get in touch. We'll contact you by email, or by text if you choose, to talk about how we may be able to help.
Good to know
- It's free. We will never ask you to pay to apply or to receive help.
- Space is limited while we start, so we can't guarantee acceptance.
- Please don't send medical records. A short description is enough.
